Refund Policy

AerialModel premium/commercial is a software subscription service. If you find that you would like a refund for a charge as part of the subscription. You can reach out to support@aerialmodel.com and it will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

We do not grant refunds for:
- People who purchase premium/commercial without first using the free version to test compatability with their drone and generate a model. It is a REQUIREMENT to create at least one model with the free version of AerialModel before you purchase premium.
- People who use the premium service after a subscription charge. If you pay for a month then proceed to use the service, you cannot be refunded.
- Charges 30 or more days ago. Please reach out as soon as you notice an issue.

For the best chances of success:
- Reach out to support@aerialmodel.com as soon as you have an issue.
- Do not use the service to keep making models if you want to be refunded.
- Verify everything works with the fully functional free version of AerialModel before purchasing premium.

Additional issues may qualify for a refund, but that is at the sole descrecion of AerialModel. Please reach out if you believe this applies to you.


Delivery Policy

Delivery is automatic and granted at subscription payment completition. Premium features are automatically applied to your account.


Return Policy

Due to the nature of the service. As this is a non-physical software service, it cannot be returned.


Cancelation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time here.


Privacy Policy

AerialModel collects the follwing data from you, the user:
- Information provided as part of account creation.
- Basic site analytics, about how and when pages are used.
- Anonomous location data.
- Locations of models, pictures, and subjects.

AerialModel uses the collected data above for:
- Improving the site design, user workflow, AI model training, and performance optimizations.
- Partners.


Model Visibility Policy — Public by Default for Free Accounts

On AerialModel, models created by Free accounts are public by default. Public models may appear on our site map, galleries, feeds, and be visible to anyone with the link. Private models are available on paid plans.

What “Public” Means

  • Your model page and preview thumbnails are visible to all visitors.
  • Models may be indexed by search engines and displayed in site features (e.g., map pins, leaderboards, recommendations).
  • We may use thumbnails/screenshots of public models to operate and promote {{SITE_NAME}} (see License below).

Private Models (Paid Feature)

  • Private models are available on paid plans (e.g., Premium) and are hidden from public maps, listings, and search.
  • Only you (and collaborators you explicitly invite) can access private models.
  • We may access private models only for security, support, or legal compliance.

Changing Visibility

  • You can upgrade to a paid plan to make future models private.
  • When you convert an existing public model to private or delete it, we’ll stop showing it publicly. Copies may persist temporarily in caches, backups, or search engine results we don’t control.

Your Responsibilities

  • Only upload content you have the rights to share. Do not upload illegal, infringing, or sensitive personal data.
  • You are responsible for any confidential information included in public uploads.
  • We may moderate or remove content that violates our policies or the law.

License for Public Models

For public uploads, you grant AerialModel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and create promotional assets (e.g., thumbnails, short clips) solely to operate, improve, and promote the service. This license ends when you delete the content or make it private, subject to reasonable technical limitations and external caching.

Removal, Caching & Backups

  • When you delete a model, we remove the primary copy within 30 days.
  • Backups may persist for up to 90 days and are purged on a rolling basis.
  • Search engines and third-party caches are outside our control; you may need to request removal from them directly.
